Our website terms of use govern browsing this site and using the public Talk to EVA experience. They do not replace the agreement for a paid project or customer platform.
Customer software and services
The customer Software — General Conditions, dated 1 April 2024, are preserved from the legacy website. The applicable executed agreement, order form and agreed amendments govern your customer relationship. Moving the website does not amend those documents.
Current proposals confirm the scope, prices, delivery commitments and any agreed guarantee or licence-credit conditions for the particular engagement. A public AI response does not vary your contract.
