How this website remembers requested features, and how you control optional analytics and visitor identification.
1. Your choices
You can accept or reject optional purposes, or choose them separately. Reject all is available alongside Accept all. You can reopen the controls here or through Cookie settings in the footer. Changing a choice applies to future collection; it does not erase information already received by a provider.
When you withdraw a permission after a tracker has loaded, the page reloads to stop it running. We also request HubSpot’s tracking-cookie revocation and clear recognised optional cookies accessible to this site. Your browser’s privacy controls can clear other cookies or storage, including third-party entries the site cannot access.
2. Storage for features you request
Cookies and similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage. The following entries remember your choices and support the features you request. Their local lifetime is separate from retention of information already sent to our services.

Hosting, security and requested third-party features may also use storage necessary to deliver or protect their service. A form or scheduler you choose to open can process the details you submit; that request is distinct from accepting marketing tracking.
3. Optional analytics
Analytics measures page and feature use to help us understand which content is useful. It is off until you choose it. Our Google Analytics and Google Ads tag, Google Tag Manager and HubSpot bundles can also include advertising, CRM or identification functions, so the website loads those mixed bundles only when both analytics and marketing/visitor identification are accepted.
4. Optional marketing and visitor identification
Apollo and ZoomInfo can identify business website visits. Meta (Facebook) supports advertising measurement and audiences. HubSpot can connect browsing with enquiry records. On eva.ai, Google Tag Manager also supplies RB2B and Leadsy for visitor identification. These purposes are not anonymous aggregate measurement. Marketing/visitor-identification permission controls Apollo, ZoomInfo and Meta; the mixed Google and HubSpot bundles, including the tags they supply, also require analytics permission.
Cookie permission does not subscribe you to an email newsletter. Resource-request and communications choices are explained separately in our privacy policy and the relevant form.
5. Provider details and questions
Providers can change the cookies and storage used by their services. Contact ben@eva.ai for the current deployment inventory, including provider-specific names, purposes and durations. Exact entries can vary with the features you request and your cookie choices.
