Integrations & ecosystem

Keep your systems. Connect the work that matters.

EVA brings workforce evidence into the decisions your teams already make. Start with agreed files, connect the records you need, then add approved actions as your programme grows.

What should the information help you do?

Choose a decision to see a typical flow. Each is a scoping example; the systems, fields and operations for your environment are agreed with your team.

01 · EVA Competency Mapping

HRIS records + your framework

01

Bring the right records

Agreed identifiers, roles, reporting lines and competency definitions.

02

Work with EVA

Collect employee and manager assessments. Compare proficiency, evidence and development priorities.

03

Review the output

A dated competency analysis, with an agreed export or connection back to the system that owns the record.

Who reviews it? HR and data owners approve fields, access groups and any changes sent back.

Connection examples to discuss: SAP SuccessFactors · Oracle HCM · Workday. Confirm current availability, direction and scope for each connection.

Your organisation decides who can see individual assessments and collective analyses. EVA and Customer Success configure role-based permissions for employees, managers, HR and other viewers to suit the agreed use case.

A connection is more than a logo.

EVA's legacy ecosystem documented HR platforms, talent sources and communication services including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Broadbean, Reed, CV-Library, Microsoft Teams, Slack and Twilio. We use that history to start a precise conversation about the connection you need today.

Readiness depends on the product edition, available API, account access and required operations. Infrastructure suppliers and advisory partners are separate from software integrations.

Agree the connection in plain terms.

  • Ownership. Which system owns each record and field?
  • Direction. Import, export or an agreed two-way flow?
  • Timing. One snapshot, scheduled refresh or an event-driven update?
  • Permission. Who may read, change, approve and export?
  • Operation. Who handles failures, duplicates and recovery?

SuperBot & Claude MCP

Give authorised teams a conversational way to work with EVA.

EVA SuperBot supports curated administrative workflows, such as preparing records, competency frameworks and campaigns. A configured Claude Code connection can use EVA operations through Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Choose the task first, then agree the records, permitted actions and approval points. Built-in SuperBot and the Claude Code connection have different tool selections; available operations depend on the environment and access configured for your team.

Bring one workflow: the systems involved, the decision it should support and the action that should follow. We will help you turn it into a clear connection plan with your data and technology owners.
