01 · The request
“Who could take on these accounts?”
A request can begin with a requisition, ordinary language, a saved question or structured criteria. This prepared example shows what happens when you review the criteria and compare options.

Could a contractor cover the role now?
Ordered by evidenced fit. Required conditions and missing information stay visible.

All people, records and responses are fictional. “Met” describes the prepared record, not independent verification. Review current evidence and practical constraints before any decision.
How this illustrative score works
This is a simplified teaching model, separate from EVA’s live matching engine. Preference weights are divided by their total to make 100%. Evidenced fit is the sum of the normalised weights for preferences marked Met. Not met and Not evidenced contribute zero in this example, but remain visibly different.
Evidence coverage is the combined weight of preferences with an answer, whether met or not met. A missing answer is not proof of missing capability. Excluding a preference removes it from both calculations.
A person meets the review threshold only if their unrounded preference score reaches it and both required conditions are met. An unknown required condition stays unconfirmed. All-zero weights produce no score. Scores are displayed to one decimal place; they are not probabilities of success.
Redeploy and Develop use the same internal records and scores. Develop changes the next discussion, without marking someone ready or relaxing requirements. Equal scores are displayed by stable person ID. Names never enter the calculation.
Your live scope determines the criteria, evidence sources, scoring approach, access controls and review process. The example does not make hiring, promotion or deployment decisions.
