EVA.ai · Competency Mapping
Employee-reported competency insights. Employees reported their own proficiency in conversation with EVA SuperBot against the selected framework. No manager assessment, no independent verification and no consulting interpretation are part of this Self-Service view. A missing response is not evidence of low proficiency.
People covered unavailable until the analytics load.
01

Participation and data coverage

Who was invited, who started, who completed, and how much evidence stands behind each competency. Counts are participants, not conversation sessions: a resumed session is counted once.

02

What employees reported

The distribution of employee-reported proficiency for each competency, in the framework's own levels and order. Bars are drawn to the number of valid responses, so uneven coverage is visible; the grey remainder is not applicable or missing.

03

Reported proficiency against configured targets

Available only where target levels are configured. Each valid response is compared with the target that applies to that participant; responses with no applicable target are excluded and counted.

04

Explore by team or role

Share of valid responses at or above a chosen level, per group and competency, with the number of responses in every cell. Groups below the minimum group size are hidden. No person is ranked and no overall score is computed.

05

Evidence and export

The counts behind every figure above, the session deduplication log, and an export that carries the same filters, denominators and confidentiality rules as this page.
